CUTTING UNITS

The cutting unit is used for the production of all  cut rolls, such as German rolls, multicereal rolls, baguettes, etc.

  • Cutting unit, pneumatic - up to 25 strokes/minute

Prior to reaching the cutting unit the dough pieces are aligned with a straighening roll. According to the cutting blade selected, the dough pieces can be cut in a straight line or at an inclined angle. The cutting depth can be adjusted via a handwheel and the actuation of the cutting blade is pneumatic.

  • Automatic Cutting Unit  - up to 42 strokes/minute

The industrial cutting unit, which is made entirely of stainless steel, is equipped with a timing roll responsible for the exact alignment of the dough pieces and a cutting blade that moves in perfect union with the dough pieces. Via a clamping system different cutting tools can be switched easily and quickly. Due to a servo motor system, the cutting blade moves evenly and horizontally to the dough pieces.  The entire unit is equipped with safety covers that can be opened easily.
