INDUSTRIAL SEEDING & TOPPING UNIT
One-sided humidification and seeding/topping unit for usage
in industrial settings.
Transported on wire mesh belts, dough pieces are humidified in a water bath. Afterwards, dough pieces are turned and transported with the humidified side on top through a seeding/topping unit. The moisture intensity (water bath depth) is eccentrically adjustable and also the topping intensity can be infinitely adjusted. Separate hoppers for coarse and fine toppings allow for efficient handling.
